How much do season tickets cost?

Season tickets are £140 for adults, £140 for children, and £70 for 1 year olds. Infants under the age of 1 do not need a season ticket as they get free entry to the park.

What age is a child/adult?

Children's passes are valid for those between the ages of 2-16. Adult passes are applicable for those 17+. 1 year old passes are strictly for under 2's.

Are season tickets transferable?

Unfortunately not. Season tickets are personalised to each individual with a photo so cannot be shared.

What are the benefits of holding a season ticket?

Our biggest benefit to having a season ticket is the ability to skip the booking procedure! We have a number of allocated spaces set aside every day for our season ticket holders. Although we are usually sold out to the general public, season ticket holders do not need to book in advance and can simply turn up on the day with their ticket for easy entry. 
 
The price is another advantage to having a membership with us! If you regularly visit the park, it may be worth looking at investing in a membership. It takes about 6.5 visits to the park before you make your money back, so if you regularly visit throughout the year then a membership may save you money long-term.

With annual membership, can I visit the park anytime?

Yes! Our season ticket holders can visit anytime. Your ticket grants you access to:
peak summer season (March - October)
fun event days (such as Easter, Fairytale Farm, etc)
the Pumpkin Patch
indoor play during Christmas
any winter indoor play days we choose to run.

The only exception to this is a visit to Santa's Grotto itself where each child will receive a gift. This is not covered with your season ticket and requires a separate purchase.

How do I book a visit to the park with a season ticket?

You don't have to! One perk of membership is the ability to show up without booking! We keep a large number of spaces set aside just for season ticket holders to turn up on the day.

Question 7

Do I get a card with my membership?

Accepted Answer

Yes! When you take out membership with us, we will make you a wallet-sized card that is personalised just for you to be swiped upon entry each visit, similar to a gym membership. You must bring your card to gain access to the park.

Question 8

What if I forget to bring or lose my card?

Accepted Answer

We are changing the way we run our membership entry system. To gain access to the park with our new system, you need to swipe your card on the way in - similar to a gym membership. With each swipe, our system will see your photograph and personalised details to the card. This means that you must now bring your card with you to gain entry.
 
If you lose your card, we will be happy to make you up a new one, however a small admin charge of £4.95 per card will apply to cover the materials and admin fee.

Do you have a monthly direct debit option for membership?

You can buy a season ticket voucher to redeem for your card upon arrival here.
Purchasing the voucher is an ideal option for gifts.
 
Alternatively you can purchase your card at the door for the same price.
