Season tickets are £130 for adults, £130 for children and OAPS, and £65 for 1 year olds. Infants under the age of 1 do not need a season ticket as they get free entry to the park.

Children's passes are valid for those between the ages of 2-16. Adult passes are applicable for those 17+.

Concession passes are offered to carers, visitors with additional support needs, and OAPs.

Unfortunately not. Season tickets are personalised to each individual with a photo so cannot be shared.

Our biggest benefit to having a season ticket is the ability to skip the booking procedure! We have a number of allocated spaces set aside every day for our season ticket holders. Although we are usually sold out to the general public, season ticket holders do not need to book in advance and can simply turn up on the day with their ticket for easy entry.

The price is another advantage to having a membership with us! If you regularly visit the park, it may be worth looking at investing in a membership. It takes about 6.5 visits to the park before you make your money back, so if you regularly visit throughout the year then a membership may save you money long-term.

Yes! Our season ticket holders can visit anytime from peak summer season to event days, and indoor winter play days, to using the soft play at Christmas! The only exception to this is a visit to Santa's Grotto where each child will receive a gift. This is not covered with your season ticket and requires a seperate purchase.

You don't have to! One perk of membership is the ability to show up without booking! We keep a large number of spaces set aside just for season ticket holders to turn up on the day.

Yes! When you take out membership with us, we will make you a wallet-sized card that is personalised just for you to show upon entry each visit.

We ask that you try to bring along your card every visit to avoid congestion and queues at our ticket desk and to keep our entry process moving as smoothly as possible. If you have forgotten your card then don't worry, we keep records of all of our members and their visits, so we can validate your membership with us and allow you entry.

If you lose your card, we will be happy to make you up a new one and ask that you please bring along a passport sized picture of yourself. If you lose your card on multiple occasions, a small fee may apply.
