Your access to and use of www.headsofayrtickets.co.uk (“the Website”) is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

You agree to indemnify and hold Heads of Ayr Farm Park and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Heads of Ayr Farm Park arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.

8. SEVERANCE
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
REFUND POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your booking or purchase, we are happy to help.

BOOKINGS
Due to the strict visitor capacity numbers we have had to put in place in response to the outbreak of COVID-19, we are now unable to refund any bookings made, unless there is a truly exceptional underlying circumstance.
Heads of Ayr Farm Park will however work closely with you to transfer your existing booking to another date that suits your schedule. In the event that such date cannot be found, we will issue you with gift vouchers that will be posted out to your address which will be dated to the end of the current season (usually 31st October.)

Bookings are non-transferable and can not be transferred to another party due to the personal information obtained at the time of purchase.

Any decisions made regarding refunds or transferred dates are entirely at the discretion of the bookings and management team at Heads of Ayr Farm Park.

PURCHASES
​
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you originally purchased the item. You must have proof of payment of your purchase, whether that be a physical receipt, digital receipt, or bank statement in the event that you do not have a receipt. You have 14 days to return the item to the park from the date you received it. Management reserve the right to offer a refund or exchange at their discretion based on the conditions of the return.

Any refunds issued will be processed in the same method of the original payment. Only in the event of exceptional circumstances will this be reconsidered.
​
Any exchanges will be subject to the discretion of the supervisor or manager on duty. Any exchanged items must be of the same cash value as the original item.
