IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Due to a high volume of calls, we kindly ask that you check to see if your question has been answered here before calling.

General

The website isn't letting me book, am I doing something wrong?

If you are unable to book on the website, I'm afraid it means that we are sold out on the day that you are trying to book for. Please select a different date.

The website will generally say 'Registration is closed' when all the tickets are gone, but sometimes there may be a single adult/child/concession ticket left over and the closed message will not appear. If you are unable to book tickets for your full party, there will not be enough tickets available and we would advise selecting a different date.

Can I bring my dog?

Unfortunately, only guide and assistance dogs are permitted at the park. This is for the health and safety of all the animals including your dog, as well as the many young children who roam the park.

Is there anywhere we can eat during our visit?

Roosters Snack Bar and Grazers Grill are both open as normal, operating with takeaway menus. Visitors are unfortunately unable to sit inside at the moment, although there are plenty of sheltered and unsheltered picnic areas all over the park. Visitors are also welcome to bring their own picnic, however please note that BBQs (including disposable ones) are not permitted.

I have gift vouchers, corporate tickets or a season pass. How do I book?

We have set aside a number of spaces for visitors already with tickets every day. Please give us a call on 01292 441210 to let us know which day you will be visiting so that we can add your name to the guest list. If you do not give us a call in advance, we may be unable to guarantee your entry due to the visitor number restrictions in place.

Are the toilet facilities open?

Yes, we have 2 toilet blocks open, both of which are being cleaned and disinfected regularly throughout the day.

I have my tickets, what time should I arrive?

Visitors can arrive anytime between 10am - 4pm. The park closes at 5pm. We are not currently operating with time slots, which means you can stay at the park for as long as you like. Our admissions desk is the busiest between 10:30am - 12:00pm.

I'm unable to attend on the date that I booked. Can I change it?

We are able to change the date on your tickets depending on the availability of the date you wish to change it to. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we are only able to change the date on your tickets once. Please call the office to check availability on 01292 441210.

Are any of your attractions closed due to the COVID-19 restrictions?

Almost everything is open as normal with the exception of our indoor soft play and the attached coffee bar. Our gift shop is also currently closed, however all outdoor attractions, play areas, trampolines, jumping pillows, quad bikes etc are open. Little Critters Animal Barn is also open with a one-way system in place.
