Covered in the ticket price is the following:

Also open is Santa's Kitchen restaurant with a delicious festive menu, Stables Coffee Bar, and the Toy and Gift Shop.

The event runs select dates in November and every day from the 1st - 23rd December from 9:45am - 7pm. You can see a full list of the dates and prices above, or by clicking here.

Prices range from £8-£12 for adults, £12-£18 for under 2's, and £18-£26 for children depending on the date of your visit.

Our Santa's Grotto experience is very popular and sells out very quickly.

On rare occasions we are able to change your timeslot if our schedule allows, however customers may have to be very flexible with the times and dates available. Changing your timeslot is never guaranteed.

Any changes MUST be arranged in advance with our office elves by calling prior to the day of your visit on 01292 441210. It is not possible to amend timeslots on the date of your visit. We are unable to provide refunds for missed timeslots.

Our elves run at a really tight, efficient, schedule so that as many families can meet Santa as possible.

If you are running late it can get very difficult to squeeze you in. In this case, please telephone the office elves on 01292 441210 and they will advise you. We will try to accommodate wherever possible but please be aware we cannot guarantee another space if you miss your selected time slot.

You can however come along any day for soft play, animals, and access to the shop and restaurant without booking. Simply turn up at the door.

Tickets are booked through timeslots. This is your time to ride the North Pole Express train directly to the grotto. You will then be greeted at the door and given sweet treats for the grown-ups and an activity for the children whilst you wait for your turn to the grotto. When it is your turn to enter the grotto, you will be shown into a special North Pole walkway to the Santa's front door, then invited in with Santa. You will receive 5 minutes with Santa himself. The entire train and grotto experience will take approximately 20 minutes.

Out with your grotto timeslot, visitors can stay as long as they like to use the other facilities. Visitors with early or late timeslots for the Grotto should be aware of the park's opening hours. The facilities open at 9:45am and close at 7pm. If your timeslot to the grotto is later in the day, for example 6:30pm, we strongly advise coming earlier to make use of the facilities before we close.

There is a maximum of 8 people per timeslot.

If you wish to bring more people, you will have to book a second timeslot directly before or after to attend the grotto together to ensure Santa has time to speak to all the children.

Alternatively, if you believe you only need the one timeslot as you are bringing more adults than children, please ensure all of your children are booked in the timeslot when booking. You can bring along any extra adults on the day to pay on arrival. It is very important that we have all the children's details in advance so that the elves can ensure the toys are ready for your visit.

We are excited to offer a quiet Christmas event for visitors who may require a more relaxed experience. This takes place on Saturday 29th November and Monday 1st December, and tickets are now on sale.

We are hoping to be able to help make the Santa’s grotto experience fun for everyone. There will be longer grotto times which will be tailored as best we can to suit our visitors needs and the Farm Park will be calm and quiet, with reduced music and lighting to ensure a relaxed environment.

Santa will communicate using basic, festive Makaton sign language.

Any advice or recommendations for our event will be warmly received.

Please note this event must be booked in advance and ticket numbers are limited.

We're offering a magical Christmas experience for tiny tots with a relaxed grotto session, no long queues, baby-friendly sensory equipment and soft play, relaxed Christmas stories with Mrs Claus or her elves, and the chance to make a personalised handmade keepsake for your tree.

This experience is automatically added to any qualifying bookings with children of preschool age on all midweek bookings until 4pm, all the way up to the 12th December. There is no additional charge for this experience.

Big brothers and sisters are also welcome to participate in this event.
